Lisbeth Fruensgaard

Founder, LF Coaching
Lisbeth Fruensgaard, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified personal and career coach, has experience helping individuals and organizations meet their professional goals. She provides counsel about career planning, stress reduction and overcoming challenging work situations to support people in reaching their highest potential. Recently, she founded her own company, LF Coaching, based in her home country of Denmark.
With the right tools and support, Ms. Fruensgaard believes everyone can take steps to create the career they want. Through offering advice and direction, she helps people discover the resources they have within themselves to create a deeply fulfilling professional life. This can be especially useful for someone diagnosed with a chronic illness, such as multiple sclerosis (MS), who may see their dreams falling apart. She helps people find creative approaches to confront challenges in their career so their experiences can be as good as they were before their diagnosis.
In her personal life, Ms. Fruensgaard has been touched deeply by MS. Both her mother-in-law and her sister-in-law are living with the condition. From her close relationships with these family members, she has learned how inspiration and professional advice on moving forward in life can provide a new sense of joy and hope to those coping with a chronic condition.
In addition to individual client work, she lectures and leads workshops on stress management and achieving optimal performance at international business conferences and corporations throughout Europe.
Ms. Fruensgaard also brings ten years of experience in the business world to her coaching practice. She holds an advanced degree in International Business, Language and Culture from the University of Southern Denmark, and has experience in marketing and providing research for several international corporations. She as has led projects for organizations working on social issues, during which time she worked with many people living with MS.
